In short: we collect only what we need to run the app you're using, we don't sell your personal information, we don't run third-party ad networks in our products, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
DelQuro Labs, LLC ("DelQuro," "we," "us") is an independent product studio. We build and operate delquro.com and a library of applications including Note Thyme, ChoreMouse, DelQuro Connect, Megatory Live, VMTA, and JARVIS (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect basics like your name, email address, and authentication details. Some apps let you use them without an account.
- Content you add. Things you create in the apps — meal plans and household members in Note Thyme, chores and kid profiles in ChoreMouse, team messages and schedules in DelQuro Connect, inventory counts in Megatory Live, voicemail triage data in VMTA.
- Usage and device data. Log data, device type, app version, crash reports, and basic interactions used to keep the Services reliable.
- Communications. If you email support, we keep that correspondence.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Sync your data across your devices and (where you enable it) your team or household
- Process subscriptions and purchases
- Respond to support requests and communicate important product updates
- Protect the security and integrity of the Services
- Meet legal obligations
4. AI features
Some Services use artificial intelligence — for example, Note Thyme parses recipes from the open web, and JARVIS provides agent-style assistance. Content you submit to AI features is used to provide the feature back to you. We do not use your private content to train generalized models for other customers without your permission. AI output can be wrong; always review it before relying on it.
5. Children's privacy
ChoreMouse is designed for families and may be used by children under a parent's account. Child profiles are managed by the parent or guardian; we do not show advertising to children, we do not use children's data for behavioral tracking, and we do not require a child to share more information than the activity reasonably needs. Parents may review, correct, export, or delete a child profile at any time from the parent console or by contacting us. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our other Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Purchases are processed by the platform you buy through — Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat. We receive a record of the transaction (such as status and renewal dates) but we never see or store your full card number. Manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you purchased it.
7. Analytics and cookies
Our website uses privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (currently Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand traffic. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. The apps themselves do not carry third-party ad SDKs.
8. When we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, store, or process data for us under confidentiality obligations (cloud hosting, error monitoring, email delivery)
- Payment platforms as needed to complete your purchase
- Other users you choose to share with — a ChoreMouse household, a DelQuro Connect team, a QR-shared Megatory Live session
- Legal process when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- A business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, with notice where practicable
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. VMTA triage data, for example, auto-purges on a 24-hour cycle by design. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Account deletion or email info@delquro.com. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups until normal rotation.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@delquro.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link.
12. International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will post a notice on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
