Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what DelQuro collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how DelQuro Labs, LLC (“DelQuro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with delquro.com, Note Thyme, ChoreMouse, DelQuro Connect, customer support, and other DelQuro-operated services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not govern third-party websites, recipe publishers, app stores, device platforms, payment processors, or services we do not control.

The exact information collected depends on the Service, features enabled, and how you use them. A feature’s in-app notice or organizational agreement may provide additional details. If it conflicts with this Policy, the more specific notice controls for that feature.

2. Information We May Collect

As of the effective date, the publicly available DelQuro website does not include a DelQuro-operated account system, submission form, analytics service, advertising pixel, first-party cookie, or use of browser local storage; notwithstanding the foregoing, ordinary technical information may be processed automatically by hosting, network, domain-name, security, and infrastructure providers, including Internet Protocol address, browser and device characteristics, requested resource, referral information, date and time, diagnostic information, and security or access logs, and any person who initiates an email communication to DelQuro necessarily provides the originating email address and all content, metadata, attachments, and other information included in that communication. Product applications, if and when made available or used, may process the additional categories described herein.

Information you provide

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, password or authentication token, profile name, avatar, organization, role, facility, and account settings.
  • Support and communications: emails, requests, survey responses, feedback, screenshots, attachments, and information you include in correspondence.
  • Transaction information: subscription status, plan, purchase date, transaction identifiers, and limited billing metadata. App stores or payment processors generally handle full payment-card information; DelQuro does not need to store it.
  • User Content: data entered, uploaded, generated, saved, or shared through a product, as detailed below.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP, pages or screens viewed, clicks, feature use, session timestamps, referring URL, crash data, and performance diagnostics.
  • Security and log information: authentication events, access times, request logs, suspected abuse, error reports, and audit events.
  • Identifiers: account, installation, session, push-notification, and device identifiers. We do not intend to use advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We ask that you not submit Social Security numbers, government IDs, full payment-card details, medical records, veterinary patient records, or other highly sensitive information unless a Service expressly requests it and provides an appropriate notice.

3. Product-Specific Information

Note Thyme

Depending on the features you use, Note Thyme may process household size, household member age ranges, allergies and dietary restrictions, disliked or preferred ingredients, cuisines, cooking-time limits, unit and temperature preferences, saved recipes, meal-plan history, locks, skips, rerolls, servings, grocery-list items, searches, and interactions with recommendations. Allergy and dietary information may reveal health-related information. We use it to personalize recipe discovery and meal planning; it is not used to diagnose or treat any condition.

ChoreMouse

A parent-managed ChoreMouse account may include the parent’s name and email; co-parent invitations; child profile nicknames or first names, age range, avatar, PIN, chores, completion status, optional photo proof, points, fictional coins, streaks, badges, leaderboard position, weekly goals, rewards, approvals, and family Treat Shop entries. Parents should use a nickname rather than a child’s full legal name and avoid photos that reveal school, address, location, documents, or other sensitive details.

DelQuro Connect

DelQuro Connect may process organization and facility details; employee name, work email, job role, profile photo, permissions, and team membership; Huddle posts; chat messages, photos, and read receipts; schedules and shifts; time-off requests and approval status; WAG's; push-notification tokens; and administrative or security audit logs. Employers or facilities generally control workplace content and may access, export, retain, or delete it under their policies and agreement with DelQuro. Users should have no expectation that workplace communications are private from their authorized organization administrators. Do not upload veterinary medical records or client/patient data unless expressly authorized by your organization and DelQuro in writing.

4. Sources of Information

We may receive information directly from you; from a parent, co-parent, household administrator, employer, facility administrator, or authorized teammate; automatically from your device; from app stores, authentication providers, hosting and support vendors; and from third-party sources you choose to connect. Note Thyme may locate publicly available recipe titles, limited metadata, and links and direct users to a publisher’s original recipe page. We may infer preferences, likely interests, feature usefulness, or security risk from interactions with the Services.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and synchronize the Services;
  • create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and administer roles and permissions;
  • generate meal plans, recommendations, grocery lists, chores, rewards, schedules, feeds, communications, and other requested features;
  • send service, security, account, support, and transactional communications;
  • process subscriptions and maintain purchase records;
  • troubleshoot, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect users, DelQuro, and others;
  • understand aggregate usage and improve functionality, reliability, accessibility, and design;
  • enforce terms, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with law; and
  • with consent where required, send product news or conduct optional research.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use children’s information for advertising. We do not use ChoreMouse child-profile data for targeted marketing.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to search, rank, recommend, summarize, categorize, filter, or generate content. Information submitted to such a feature may be sent to contracted infrastructure or AI service providers acting on our behalf. We seek to limit the data sent to what is reasonably necessary and contractually restrict providers where practicable.

Do not enter confidential, identifying, medical, employment, veterinary-patient, or child information into a general AI assistant or free-text prompt unless the feature expressly requires it. We do not intend to use private User Content to train publicly available third-party AI models. If we ever propose using private content to train a DelQuro model beyond providing or improving your Service, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. Automated outputs may be retained with related inputs for account history, safety, quality review, and troubleshooting, subject to our retention practices.

7. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, databases, authentication, cloud storage, email, notifications, customer support, security, crash reporting, payments, and AI-enabled functionality. They may process information only for contracted purposes.
  • People you authorize: household members, co-parents, teammates, managers, administrators, or others to whom you choose to send or expose content.
  • Organizations: an employer or facility sponsoring or administering DelQuro Connect, including authorized administrators and successors to the account.
  • Platforms and integrations: app stores, payment providers, identity providers, device platforms, and third-party services at your direction.
  • Authorities and protected parties: where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, rights protection, or enforcement of agreements.
  • Business transaction parties: advisers, counterparties, or successors in a financing, audit, merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

We may use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably identify you. We will not attempt to reidentify it except to test our deidentification methods or as permitted by law.

8. Website Cookies and Similar Technologies

As of the date above, the public DelQuro website does not set DelQuro first-party cookies, run DelQuro-operated analytics, or use advertising pixels or browser local storage. The site host and network providers may process standard server logs and use essential security technologies outside our direct control. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email service, whose privacy practices apply.

Product applications may use local storage, secure device storage, session tokens, or similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, and core functionality. If we add nonessential website analytics, advertising technology, or cookies later, we will update this Policy and provide consent controls where legally required.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized. Because the current public website has no behavioral advertising, it does not respond differently to such signals. Where required, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals for applicable sale or sharing activity.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including providing the Service, maintaining account history, meeting legal or contractual duties, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, security, fraud prevention, and backups. Retention depends on the data and context. For example:

  • active account and User Content may be kept while the account is active;
  • support correspondence and transaction records may be retained for business, tax, and legal needs;
  • security, access, and diagnostic logs are generally retained for shorter operational periods unless an incident requires longer retention;
  • deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or access-restricted backups until normal rotation; and
  • an organization may direct retention of DelQuro Connect workplace data under its agreement and policies.

You may request deletion at info@delquro.com. We may verify identity and retain information where required or permitted by law. Deleting an account does not necessarily delete content already shared with others or controlled by an organization.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, least-privilege practices, logging, and vendor review as appropriate to the Service. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for strong credentials, secure devices, PIN confidentiality, appropriate permissions, and prompt reporting of suspected misuse.

11. Children’s Privacy

The general Services are not directed to children under 13. ChoreMouse includes a parent-directed experience in which an adult creates and controls limited child profiles. A child may not independently register, purchase, communicate with unknown users, or provide personal information directly to DelQuro. We intend to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the parent-requested ChoreMouse experience and do not condition participation on providing more information than reasonably necessary.

Parents can review, correct, or request deletion of a child profile and can withdraw permission by deleting the profile or contacting us. We may verify the requesting adult’s identity and relationship to the account. We do not sell child-profile information, use it for targeted advertising, or knowingly permit public profiles. If we learn that we received personal information directly from a child without appropriate parental authorization, we will delete it or seek authorization as required. ChoreMouse should not be offered through schools or used as an educational institution service without a separate written agreement addressing applicable student-privacy obligations.

12. Your Choices

  • Account information: edit available profile settings in the Service or contact us.
  • Communications: unsubscribe from optional marketing using the message link. We may still send necessary account, safety, and transactional notices.
  • Notifications: control push permissions in app or device settings; core in-app notices may remain.
  • Content and account deletion: use available controls or email us. Organization-controlled accounts may require contacting the organization administrator.
  • Device permissions: revoke camera, photo, or notification access through your operating system, though related features may stop working.
  • App stores: manage subscription cancellation and store-related privacy choices through the applicable platform.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise applicable rights by emailing info@delquro.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. If we deny a request, residents of states providing an appeal right may appeal by replying “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.

California residents may request the categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of information, as described throughout this Policy. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information. California’s “Shine the Light” law may permit users to request information about certain disclosures for direct marketing; we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

14. International Users

DelQuro is based in the United States. If you access the Services elsewhere, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, which may have different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation, and use recognized transfer safeguards. Depending on location, you may have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy as Services, vendors, or laws change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required. Prior versions may be requested by email.
